Where we started
We've been in digital marketing since 2007. That's nearly 20 years of running SEO, Google Ads and paid social through PIXUS, our Liverpool agency, for businesses across the UK. We've watched search, social and advertising reinvent themselves many times over, and we've adapted every time.
Through all of that, one thing never changed. We were good at the work clients saw, but the work they didn't see was swallowing our week: building reports, checking budgets and chasing invoices. It was hours of skilled people copying, pasting and checking.
The turning point
After nearly two decades of doing it the hard way, AI finally gave us a better option. We didn't set out to start an AI business. We set out to fix our own. We started with the jobs that ate the most time and asked a simple question: does a person really need to do this?
